John Wolseley was born in Great Britain in 1938. He is a painter and print-maker and is heavily influenced by the landscape and the nature surrounding him. Wolseley lived in Paris and England before he travelled to Australian during the 20th century, where he fell in love with the landscape and flora and fauna which are depicted in his paintings. It was through his experience that he began to observe nature in-depth.
Different to Goldsworthy and Mason, Wolseley expresses his interest in nature by using water colour and paint.
